OFC's Meditations for Life course goes through a broad selection of different meditation styles and techniques used around the world. The course touches on the fundamental principles that meditation is founded on and its health benefits both mentally and physically. Our courses make it easy for a novice to begin practicing meditation whenever and wherever they may be. It discussed the different practices that many of the influential people we know use and what changes in mindset they have overcome.
